MY STORY
I couldn’t understand what was happening when I was dumped by the people who had sworn to love me forever. Maybe my humans wanted me to be more of a cuddly teddy bear? I like my space and too much attention overwhelms me, but did that make me less deserving of their love? I was so sad and so confused.
To make matters worse, I was attacked by a pack of dogs, leaving me with bite wounds all over my body. I was really heartbroken.

It’s frustrating being misunderstood. Thankfully, here at the sanctuary there are people who get me and take good care of me. There are even special people called behaviourists and their job is to help dogs like me, showing us that we are safe and cared for, and encouraging us to become more confident.
