MY STORY
How could someone hate me so fiercely? After I was viciously attacked with a machete, I was left suffering and in excruciating pain. I still can’t find the words to describe the shock and fear, but I know I was lucky to survive this brutal assault. Throught the entire ordeal, I did my best to be brave, to remember that there are good people out there. And just when I was losing hope, some good humans came to my rescue.
Today I’m smiling again. I am happy and safe in my new home, the Gill Dalley Sanctuary. I get to go for walks, have two square meals a day, and an adoring carer who takes such good care of me.

I may be a confident, outgoing, people-pupper now but my trust was really shaken after my traumatic ordeal. I represent the hundreds of dogs who have faced cruelty and are now bravely working to overcome our trauma every day.
