I was discarded like trash, but I can be your treasure!

Hi! I’m Sobino, a calm, friendly and affectionate girl looking for a home.

I was rescued from a landfill site when I was two months old. It’s suspected that I was abandoned there – discarded just like trash. Fortunately, a kind lady found me, cleaned me up and alerted Soi Dog who took me into their shelter for safety. You can see a cute puppy photo of me in the arms of my saviour in the carousel above.

I was raised here at the shelter and have grown into lovely, affectionate girl. I gently seek out contact, especially belly rubs, and I have such a sweet way of looking into people’s eyes – it’s like I really understand them!

I’d love to share this big heart of mine with a family of my own. Living in a home will be new to me, but I’m certain that I'll adjust and thrive. THE ADOPTION PROCESS

Adopting from Soi Dog Foundation is one of the most effective ways to support our work, as each adoption creates the space we need to help another animal in need. It is also incredibly rewarding to give an animal the chance to experience the love and security they so desperately deserve.

Initial enquiry

Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.

Interview

Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.

Home Assessment

Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.

Adoption agreement

Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.

Travel arrangements

Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
