Hi! I’m Chamie, a confident, energetic and playful girl looking for a home.
Like so many other rescues at the shelter, my journey to Soi Dog began when I was hit by a speeding car. I was just a few months old at the time and was found wandering the streets confused and bleeding. Fortunately, with lots of love and care, I made a full recovery and am nowadays a very happy girl who’s known for her adorable underbite and lust for life.
When you first meet me, I will most likely be all over you. I simply can’t help it; I just love the company of people! I like other dogs too and can get along with them in your home so long as they’re okay with my high energy. I'd do best without any young children or cats though.

THE ADOPTION PROCESS
Adopting from Soi Dog Foundation is one of the most effective ways to support our work, as each adoption creates the space we need to help another animal in need. It is also incredibly rewarding to give an animal the chance to experience the love and security they so desperately deserve.
Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
