I bring the fun wherever I go!

Hi! I’m Amatsu, a confident, energetic and boy looking for a home.

I have a neurological condition called ataxia, brought on by a spinal injury I suffered in a traumatic road traffic accident. It affects my coordination and means I can be unsteady on my hind paws.

Living on the streets with this condition was a real challenge which is why Soi Dog took me into their care. It might be tempting to feel sorry for me, but please don’t! I live a very full life and have the most unique and entertaining zoomies you’ll ever see.

I really have such a zest for life and bring the fun wherever I go. However, there’s a special way to calm me down if necessary – just scratch the side of my face and neck. It’s my kryptonite, and I will stop in my tracks to get a few of those special scratches!

I’m looking for a family who will match my energy and love me for who I am. They will also need to be able to handle me on the lead as I can be quite strong and excitable, especially when I’m first heading out the door for a walk. Please consider me. My legs may be wobbly, but my heart is steady and true.
