Hi! I’m Ashley, a confident, energetic and playful boy looking for a home.
I arrived at Soi Dog when I was just three months old. I urge you to scroll to the end of the photo carousel above to see me back then. Wasn’t I just the cutest pup?
Unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling too cute at the time. I had a serious wound on my left hind leg which the vets believe had been caused by a road traffic accident. The damage was so severe that my leg had to be amputated entirely.
Not to worry though. As I was so young at the time, I hardly know any different than life on three legs now. And as you can tell from my other photos, it’s no barrier to me living a very full and fun life. I’m confident on the lead, playful off the lead and a generally friendly, happy boy in between!

THE ADOPTION PROCESS

Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
