A brindle boy with no tail but a tale to tell!
Hi! I’m Unimar, an affectionate, confident and friendly boy looking for a home.
I was found at the side of the road unable to move after being hit by a car. The vets at Soi Dog soon found the source of my pain: a fractured pelvis and a wounded, infected tail. The fracture healed with time and rest, but my tail had to be amputated right away to prevent septicaemia.
Although I have no tail to wag, I can do all the other things that dogs here do – like sniff, play, walk and explore – and you’ll still know I’m happy by my sparkling eyes and big smile.
I’d love the chance to join a family and be a treasured pet for the first time in my life. I get along with most but not all dogs, so if you have some as part of your family already, get in touch and the adoptions team can advise if we might be a good match!
THE ADOPTION PROCESS
