Meet Glimmet
Hi! I’m Glimmet, a friendly and sweet girl looking for a home.
I was nine months old when I arrived at Soi Dog Foundation. A victim of terrible cruelty, I had a rope around my neck that was slowly strangling me. Fortunately, I survived the ordeal, and the wound from the rope fully healed.
When we first meet, I will be interested but may seem a little cautious. Please be patient! I like to go outside for walks and calmly explore my surroundings. I show interest when I see other dogs and have no issues walking past them. I have the sweetest little face that no one can resist.
As I've never lived inside a home before, everything will be new and strange at first, but I'm sure there's nothing I can't adapt to with your love and guidance!

THE ADOPTION PROCESS
Adopting from Soi Dog Foundation is one of the most effective ways to support our work, as each adoption creates the space we need to help another animal in need. It is also incredibly rewarding to give an animal the chance to experience the love and security they so desperately deserve.
Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
