Hi! I’m Jackmarler, an affectionate, curious and friendly boy looking for a home.
My history is something of a mystery. However, a kind nurse reported me to Soi Dog when I turned up outside her wellness clinic one day. I was wounded, and the nurse suspected I'd been abandoned. Under the safety of the shelter and with the care of Soi Dog's vets, my wounds healed and I started the search for my forever home.
I live by the motto "stop and smell the roses" as I enjoy long, leisurely walks, exploring my surroundings and sniffing all that's around me. I still have bursts of energy to play when I'm in the mood.

THE ADOPTION PROCESS
Adopting from Soi Dog Foundation is one of the most effective ways to support our work, as each adoption creates the space we need to help another animal in need. It is also incredibly rewarding to give an animal the chance to experience the love and security they so desperately deserve.
Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
