Hi! I’m Wishman, a gentle and shy boy looking for a home.
My seven siblings and I were rescued from the streets when we were just seven weeks old. Our mother was struggling to care for us all, and we were underweight, anaemic and covered in fleas. Who knows how much longer we’d have survived out there.
At Soi Dog, I was given the treatment I needed, including surgery for a dislocated knee, and have since grown into a sweet and gentle boy.
Having lived most of my life in a shelter, the world feels a little overwhelming, and I can be nervous and hesitant outside my enclosure. However, I find that human encouragement and the presence of another dog helps me feel more confident when I’m out on my walks. I will need my family to keep an eye on my knee in the future, but for now I’m walking just fine.
Many of my siblings have found homes and are thriving, which gives me great hope for the future. Can you make sure I’m the next of the litter to leave? I come equipped with a Batman mask, irresistible puppy-dog eyes and a lot of love to give!
THE ADOPTION PROCESS

Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
