Hi! I’m Remobra, a cautious, curious and gentle girl looking for a home.
It’s hard to fathom the sheer amount of suffering I’ve faced in my short life. When I was a new mum, I was abandoned on the streets with my six puppies. I became extremely skinny and weak, having given my babies everything I could to help them survive. But devastatingly, five still passed away. Saddest of all, I faced this all while completely blind.
However, I never lost hope. Eventually, someone called for help, and I was brought to Soi Dog. I’m still rebuilding my trust in humans and can be understandably wary when meeting new people for the first time. Before long, though, I’m giving them gentle cuddles and sweet kisses! I’m far less wary when it comes to my blindness – I’ve mapped out my enclosure well, and I enjoy my walks around the shelter.
My surviving baby was adopted earlier this year and is now living a happy life with a family that loves her. I hope I can follow in her pawsteps soon.
THE ADOPTION PROCESS

Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
