Hello! I’m Nuengdiaw, an active, cautious and friendly boy looking for a home.
I was just two months old when Soi Dog rescued me. My right hind paw was missing, and there was an open wound in its place. I was in so much pain that I’d stopped eating. With infection setting in, the vets determined that the best option was to amputate my leg. I know it might be tempting to feel sorry for me as a tripod, but I’ve adapted well and hardly remember what it was like to ever have four legs!
As I don’t have much experience of the world, I can be nervous sometimes. That’s why, when I go for walks, I like to have a friend with me and prefer not to venture too far. However, I’m sure my confidence can grow in a home environment with the love and support of a family. I’m still young and have tonnes of potential.
My name means “the only one” in Thai. Could I be the only one for you? With my sweet personality and unique looks, I know I’ll make a wonderful and special companion.
THE ADOPTION PROCESS

Initial enquiry
Submit an adoption enquiry, answering some initial questions about your family, lifestyle and ideal companion.
Interview
Join a video call with one of our adoption coordinators to help find your perfect match. Discuss the dog’s medical history, behavioural needs and more.
Home Assessment
Complete a home visit – either in person or virtually – with one of our staff or volunteers to ensure you have everything in place to welcome a rescue dog.
Adoption agreement
Sign the adoption agreement, confirming your commitment to the care of your chosen dog.
Travel arrangements
Let our logistics team arrange your dog’s journey to you. Collect your new best friend from a pre-arranged location and enjoy a lifetime of happiness together!
